Alloy Structural Steel

     This steel is produced according to GB/T3077、JIS、DIN、ASTM standards，its representative steel grades are 20Cr、40Cr、20CrMo、35CrMo、42CrMo、40CrMnMo、
40CrNiMo、20CrMnTi、20MnVB、SCM420、SCM440、SAE4140，etc.

     Main Application：The alloy structural steel is widely used in the manufacture of driving parts
and connecting parts including shaft, half shaft, cam shaft, spindle, standard parts of all kinds of
cars, motorcycle, mechanical engineering, vessel, machine tool, chemical mechanism, etc.
Bearing steel
      
       This steel was produced according to GB/T18254、SKF、FAG、NSK standards，and its representative steel grades are GCr15、100Cr6、SKF3、G20CrNiMo，etc.
Main Application：The bearing steel is the so-called alloy steel for manufacturing of each kind of bearing ring and rolling element. We produce high carbon and chromium bearing steel which are widely used for combustion engine, electric vehicle, machine tool, tractor, steel rolling equipment, explorer, railway vehicle and mineral machinery, etc. In 2000, it was approved by Swedish SKF quality system and won the practical approval certificate. In 2003, its output ranked No.1 in domestic and No.2 in the world.

Spring Steel

       This steel is produced according to GB/T1222、JIS、DIN、ASTM standards，and its representative steel grades are 60Si2CrVA、60Si2MnA、55CrMnA、55SiMnVB、50Cr VA、55Cr3、SAE5160、SuP9（A）、51CrV4、55Cr3，etc.
Main Application：Spring steel is made into important mechanical parts widely used for automobile, tractor, railway vehicle and instrument industry .We are the biggest spring steel production base with up-to-date technological equipment in domestic, and won batch supply approval of U.S. GM company .We not only supply to No.1 Automobile Group, No.2 Automobile Group, Chongqing Automobile Group and Shanghai Automobile Group in China but also export to USA, Korea, South East Asia. The spring steel used for speeding up the train is determined as high-new-tech product by Jiangsu Provincial Scientific Dept. and its fatigue life reaches over 10 million times achieving the international advanced level, and was adopted by National Ministry of Railway after winning the bid to substitute for import spring steel.


Exported Products

      Size scope is Φ10-Φ250mm. Exported Products include bearing steel, gearing steel, anchor chain steel, spring flat steel, etc. which are mainly exported to America, Korea, Japan, Australia, Europe, Southeast Asia, etc. for manufacturing spare parts for automobile and ships, facilities. With export earnings of US $170 million in 2006,our company has continuously ranked first among the domestic special steel industries for several years in China in respect of exporting.

Steel for oil field

       Representative Steel Grades produced by our company are 37CrMnMoA、SAE4137H、SAE4145H、42MnMo7, etc.
Main Application：It is mainly used for manufacturing high quality oil field drill rod connector, driller, oil well pipe, oil tube pipe etc. This steel grade is a kind of alloy steel with high compositive property and shiny developing foreground, which was developed in recent two years by our company. Among which the high quality oil field drill rod connector developed by our company has been widely used in the petroleum drill well etc. of American Gratte Company. In 2005, this kind of product won the approval of API.
