Continues Casting Round Billet of large-section special steel in Xingcheng Special Steel is manufactured through processes of (KR) → BOF (EAF) →LF →RH (VD) → CCM+EMS→slow cooling→ blasting→ surface checking→ defects to be repaired and grinded, mainly used to produce large-size and super-size high pressure boiler tubes in boiler industry, large-size and super-size revolving supports, flanges and gears in wind-power generation, petrochemical and machinery manufacturing industry, wheels for power motor, drilling tools in oil field and other high additional value products. Bright Bar And Annealed Steel
Xing Cheng has two continuous-type annealing furnaces, two bright bar peelers and twenty-four centreless grinding machines. According to the requirements of customers, bars can be heat-treated through different kinds of process such as spheroidal annealing, softening annealing, stress relief annealing etc. Annual output of annealed steel is 50 thousand tons, and peering bright bar is 20 thousand tons.
