Bear steels

     High carbon and chromium bearing steel is widely applied in the manufacture of pin roller and sleeve on driving shaft of combustion engine, electric vehicle, machine tool, tractor, steel rolling equipment, explorer, railway vehicle and mineral machinery etc. As a notable grand in China, induction hardening bearing steel is applied to hub bearing and constant velocity universal joint. It now has passed certification of Sweden SKF, German SCHAEFFLER(LUK/INA/FAG), Japan NSK, NTN and KOYO, French SNR, America DELPHI and Taiwan Tung Pei, etc. The high-grade bearing steel self-developed by the company has won great acclaim from eight bearing manufacturers.

Auto Steel

     Our company mainly manufactures steel for structural parts and gears, among which, steel for structural parts (nonhardened and tempered steel) is mainly used for crankshaft, shaft, connecting rod, camshaft and front beam etc. Gear steel can be classified into speed box and back sedan gear purpose according to application section,
     Mainly for the production of transmission gear and automobile rear axle gear being capable of manufacturing gears in speed control box, gear axle,driving gear and driven gear of sedan gear, it was appraised as provincial name brand product by Jiangsu Province

Spring Steel

      Establishing the first production line of continuous casting and rolling spring flat steel in 1990s, Xingcheng Steel now has been a national manufacturing base of rolling spring flat steel with up-to-date equipment, comprehensive grade and specification and optimal quality. Its spring flat steel is approved by Jiangsu Province as provincial notable brand product, and also passes the certification of supplying in batch of GM, Mexico RUSSINI and Japan NHK. It can meet the demands of FAW Group, China No. 2 Automobile Group, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation Group (SAIC Group). It is also exported to such countries and regions as German, Mexico, Brazil, Japan and South-eastern Asia. It has became the only enterprise to export spring flat steel to Japan in China. Adopting the production of BOF-LF-RH-CCM, spring round passes the certification of notable enterprises such as French RELNA and ThyssenKrupp and so on.  Spring steel for train speed increase is determined as new and high technology product by Jiangsu Provincial Scientific Dept. and adopted by the Ministry of Railway after winning the bid to substitute for import.

Alloy Tube Biller Steel

     Main products of our company includes high and middle pressure boiler billet steel and well billet  steel . In 2000, Oil-well tube blank mainly produces drill collar of tubing and casing, sucker rod of drill bit and drill pipe. production system of well billet steel won the approval of API.

Alloy Structural Steel

      Characteristics: Besides the element C (short for carbon), alloy steel may contains one or several kinds of alloy element i.e. Si, Mn, V. Ti, B. Ni. Cr. Mo etc., which is easily hardened without deformation, and easily modified through heat treatment.

      Main application: It is widely used in the manufacture of driving parts and fasteners including gear, connecting rod and tool etc. on automobile, tractor, vessel, steam turbine, heavy load machine tool, etc.
