Tube Billet Steel

     This steel is produced according to YB/T5137、Q/320281PA15 、ASME standard of America, and its representative steel grades are 36Mn2V、 37Mn5、 42MnMo7、 GCr15、 10G.、 20G.、 15CrMo、 12Cr1MoV and T91、T23、T22 which are produced according to ASME standard.
Main Application：The seamless tube is supplied to tube mill for rolling seamless tube. The seamless tube which is made by the steel produced by our company is used in the applications with high temperature, high pressure and corrosion resistant, oil field exploration well tubes. In 2000, our production system of tube billet steel won the approval of API. T series of steel tube has been widely used in manufacturing super-big and super-critical power generating equipment in domestic as the substitute for the imported steel tube.

Gear steel

     This steel is produced according to GB/T5216、JIS、DIN、ASTM standards and the specification of each Automobile Company, and its representative steel grades are SCM420H、SCM822H、16-28MnCrS5、SAE8620H、ZF6、ZF7、ZF7B、20CrMnTiH, etc.
Main Application：It is used to manufacture the speed gear box, driving gear and driven gear of sedan of all kinds of truck and car. We produce gear steel with low oxygen, high cleanness and narrow harden-ability bands for automobile, we granted National Metallurgy Practical Quality Gold Cup, the quality meets the German V olkswagen and American General Motor standard. Free Cutting Steel

     Representative steel grades produced by our company are 48Mnv、30MnVS、38MnVS、38MnSiVS5 YF40MnV、12Mn2VB、SAE1141、SAE1117、Y15, etc.
Main Application：This kind of steel is one new-style environmental protecting micro-alloy steel which has been developing quickly in the past 30 years and is widely used for producing parts and components such as crankshaft、connect rod、camshaft、front beam which require intensity and certain toughness. The free-machining & non-hardened and tempered steel produced by our company have been widely used in crankshaft of Cummins engine、shaft、hub of Citron car and Caterpillar machine of USA.

Anchor Chain Steel

      Representative Steel Grades produced by our company are M20Mn、M30Mn2、22MnCrNiMo, which account for over 70% in domestic market.
Main Application：It is used in manufacturing various kinds of marine anchor chains which can be witnessed by Zhengjiang Anchor Chain Plant, Jingjiang Anchor Chain Plant, Fushan Anchor Chain Plant, Qingdao Anchor Chain Plant. At present, it has been approved by CCS, LR, DNV, ABS, NK and KR besides obtaining factory approval certificates. High strength and tenacity steel for mooring chain was appraised as national new product of the year 2000 by State Science and Technology Committee and the quality is deeply canonized by the customers in both domestic and abroad.
